Driven by his love and respect for tradition, our grandfather -also known as Barba-Andreas– used to wake up every morning, before sunrise, to prepare the sour dough; he would go up the mountain to bring wood to light up the oven and prepare the local recipes, whose warm fragrance then spread throughout the village!
Abiding by our family’s principle to keep the rich taste of our crusty bread, from one generation to the next, we awaken sweet memories of the past and remain authentic!
Walking down this path with passion, zeal and dedication, Andreas and Parthena, as the new generation, expanded their range to include favourite baked goods, pastries and ready-to-eat products for your enjoyment!
